Warranty Policy

SYMAIR provides a warranty of at least 24 months for all products. During the warranty SYMAIR is responsible for the repair, replacement, and logistics costs of products that fail due to its own quality issues. Extending the warranty period is optional, but it should not exceed 5 years from the production date. If you need more information about the warranty period, please contact info@symair.com.

Product Standard:

CCC is applicable to products imported into China and products manufactured in China. Related products must obtain CCC certification before being imported, purchased, sold, used or traded in China. Improper use of CCC licenses will result in fines and penalties.

FCC is the Federal Communications Commission regulates interstate and international communications by radio, television, wire, satellite and cable in all 50 states, the District of Columbia and U.S. territories.

CE appear on many products traded on the extended Single Market in the European Economic Area (EEA). They signify that products sold in the EEA have been assessed to meet high safety, health, and environmental protection requirements.

RoHS is a product level compliance based on the European Union's Directive 2002/95/EC, the Restriction of the Use of certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment (RoHS).
